All references to Anatoli Invites is defined as referring to Purely Embellishments and its associated staff and companies including and not limited to Anatoli Invites. 

"You" is defined as the user of www.anatoliinvites.co.uk and all of its associated sites.

CONDITIONS OF USE

By accessing our websites you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You should not access or use this website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notification.

Anatoli Invites reserve the right at all times, to make changes to the content of this website, including these Terms and Conditions. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in place at the time of your visit to this website. Each of the items on this Terms and Conditions shall be construed separately and independently of each other and the invalidity of any one part will not affect the validity of any other part. 

ARTWORK & DESIGN COPYRIGHT

All rights and images contained within this website are subject to copyright, and are owned by Purely Embellishments, the holding company of Anatoli Invites and/or its suppliers and all rights are reserved.  The ownership of all artwork and designs including fonts, colours and formats on the stationery, are retained by Anatoli Invites.  Any copying, reproduction or other use without written permission of any of these items is strictly forbidden.  Permission may be granted upon payment of an additional fee, further details on request.

It is the responsibility of you as the customer to ensure that you have permission to use any copyright material such as any hymns or poems that you wish to feature in your stationery.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, all data collected is for the sole use of Anatoli Invites/Purely Embellishments. We will not use it in any other way unless required by Law.  This website uses industry standard practices including Firewalls and 128-bit encrypted Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to safeguard access to your personal information.  This site is VeriSign and Security Metrics secure and authenticated.  We do not store your credit card details on our database.  We use Optimal Payments to process all credit card transactions and your credit card information is sent to Optimal encrypted. PAYMENT

For sample orders, payment of 100% of the order value is due at the time of order.

For design & DIY orders, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order value is due at the time you place your order.  The remaining 50% together with any delivery charge is payable prior to despatch.  Your DIY stationery components will only be ordered once your payment has cleared.  By paying your deposit you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. 

We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.  If paying by cheque please make it payable to ‘Purely Embellishments’ and allow 10 working days for the funds to clear.   If you prefer not to make your payment online via our secure server, then we are more than happy to take your details over the phone.  Please do not email or fax your credit card details. 

Goods remain the property of Anatoli Invites until paid for in full.

ORDERS

All orders placed on this website are subject to availability and acceptance. All orders we receive are deemed as an offer to purchase goods from us. The automatic e-mail we send you when we receive your order represents an acknowledgment of your offer to purchase. The acceptance of your order by us and the conclusion of a contract between us will take place when we send you an order update e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the goods to you. Anatoli Invites reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a case, a full refund will be given. You undertake that all details you provide to Anatoli Invites for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

All DIY component items are ordered from Envelopments from the USA, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, during busy times this may be extended to 4 weeks, however you will be informed of this when placing your order.

PRICES

All prices on the website are deemed to be correct; however, we reserve the right to change, without notice, any price that we find to be incorrect for whatever reason.  All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate

PRODUCTS

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the stationery reaches you in the very best condition; however, all the stationery is made by hand and therefore slight variations may occur, these are not regarded as faults. The dimensions of goods provided on this website are approximate only and due to the printing and reproduction processes used, colours may vary slightly to that of any samples received.

Anatoli DIY Invites reserves the right to substitute alternative materials if such materials become unavailable or are discontinued.

Some designs may contain small and moving parts that are not suitable for young children.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

We aim to process all orders within three working days from the receipt of your order subject to payment clearance and our busy periods. If the processing time is likely to take longer than three working days, we will notify you.   Orders received after 5pm are deemed to have been received by us on the following day. Orders received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on the following Monday morning. We aim to offer a fast and efficient service.  We will agree a timetable for the production and delivery of your order and will keep you informed of its progress.

DELIVERY

In order to protect both you and ourselves we will only ship your first order to the cardholder's billing address and not to a third party or convenience addresses such as a P.O. Box.  For subsequent orders upon written request we can ship to a third party address, such as a work address.  As a signature is required upon receipt we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

We will send you an e-mail when your order is due to be despatched from our studio and we will require the balance payment due for the consignment together with any delivery charges prior to despatch. Please refer to the Shipping or FAQ’s section of the website for details of current rates

Please ensure the delivery address given on your order form is correct.  Any changes you make to the delivery address after we have sent your email despatch notice will incur a £30 charge.

We send all deliveries by courier. You will have to sign for the package or packages on arrival.

If the courier company is unable to deliver your consignment, their representative will leave a card.   It is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection from the depot within four days.  Any packages returned to us will incur extra charges for redelivery.

Anatoli Invites is not responsible for damage to your order once it has left the invitation design studio; this includes damage in transit and the postage to guests.  We do however use an insured service for the delivery of your stationery unless otherwise requested.

Any damage after leaving our studio, excluding our negligence in design or production, will be your responsibility. This includes any damage to your invitations or other wedding stationery when mailed to guests.

We take extreme care in packing your stationery.  In the unlikely event your parcel suffers damage, you MUST write the word “damaged” when signing for the parcel. Failure to do so will impede any claim we make with the courier and will mean we cannot replace your items.  You must also report delivery damage to us immediately by e-mail.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the fact that all our items are ordered from the supplier and customised on your behalf, we are unable to refund any unwanted items.  We only refund or exchange these items if the goods are faulty due to our error.  You must inform us in writing about the defect within three days of receiving your order.

LIABILITY

This section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Anatoli Invites do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Anatoli Invites negligence or wilful default, or that of Anatoli Invites’ employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. Anatoli Invites does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms. Anatoli Invites will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.  

Anatoli Invites will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

LAW, JURISDICTION & LANGUAGE

This website, Anatoli Invites, all its content, any other activity that takes place or relates to this website and any contract that arises as a result of using this website are governed by the laws of England. By using this website you agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts that result from the usage of this website are concluded in English.

DELIVERY CHARGES

MAINLAND UK

Samples will be sent by Royal Mail first class post and the price shown on the website includes all postage charges.

For all other orders delivery is charged at cost up to a maximum of £9.99.    The final cost is based on the weight of the consignment and this will be provided on your order confirmation.  A signature will be required, please ensure that someone will be available as orders are shipped as follows:

Orders under 1Kg - Royal Mail Special delivery.

Orders over 1Kg  - Parcelforce Express24

Orders that are shipped Monday to Thursday should be delivered next day.  Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless the additional Saturday guarantee fee is paid.  Further details are available upon request.
