The ownership of all artwork and designs
including fonts, colours and formats, whether on the website or custom
made, are retained by Anatoli Invites. Any copying, reproduction or
other use without written permission is strictly forbidden. Permission
may be granted upon payment of an additional fee, further details on
request.
Financial Information
We do not store your credit card
details on our database. We use Optimal Payments to process all credit
card transactions and your credit card information is sent to Optimal

Payment
You can choose to pay for the goods
you order by credit or debit card, through Paypal . PLEASE DO NOT SEND
YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO US BY POST OR BY E-MAIL. All credit card
transactions take place on this website via Optimal or if you so choose,
through our Paypal Account. For Envelopments and bespoke orders and 50%
deposit is required at the time of order, the remaing 50% together with
any delivery charge is payable prior to despatch. By paying your
deposit you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions. Goods
remain the property of Anatoli Invites until paid for in full.
Orders
All orders placed on this website are
subject to availability and acceptance. All orders we receive are deemed
as an offer to purchase goods from us. The automatic e-mail we send you
when we receive your order represents an acknowledgment of your offer
to purchase. The acceptance of your order by us and the conclusion of a
contract between us will take place when we send you an order update
e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the goods to you. Anatoli
Invites reserve the right to refuse any order received and in such a
case, a full refund will be given. You undertake that all details you
provide to Anatoli Invites for the purpose of ordering or purchasing
goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are
using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost
of the goods or services ordered.
VAT and Prices
For all orders VAT at 17.5% is included
in the price quoted.
Products
The dimensions
of goods provided on this website are approximate only. Some of the
products are natural products and/or handmade, due to this, there may be
some minor variations and slight imperfections. Due to the scanning or
duplication process of our graphics, colours may vary slightly to that

Damage in Transit or Faulty Goods
Anatoli Invites offer the choice of
either a replacement or a full refund including postage costs incurred,
for any goods that are damaged in transit or are faulty. In the event
that a purchase is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us
immediately at admin@anatoliinvites.co.uk stating whether you would
prefer a replacement or full refund. You will be given a return
reference number. Please return the damaged or faulty item stating the
return number to our customer care centre, at the address below, with
its original packaging and a photocopy of your invoice within five
working days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or a full
refund.

injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from

misrepresentation. Anatoli Invites does not accept liability for any
errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information,
prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and
services. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you
have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that
you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for
any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and
ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We
shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was
advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of
confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel
the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods
in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full

to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being

Shipping Policy
In order to protect both you and
ourselves we are only able to ship goods to the cardholder's billing
address and not to a third party or convenience addresses such as a P.O.
Box.

International Deliveries
We currently
only provide this service to the UK (We will deliver to Ireland
and the Channel Islands, however shipping is charged at cost)
Processing of Orders
We aim to
process all orders within three working days from the receipt of your
order subject to payment clearance and our busy periods. If the
processing time is likely to take longer than three working days, we
will notify you. For Envelopment orders, these items are
special order from the United States and it can take up to 3 weeks for
delivery to our store. Orders received after 5pm are
deemed to have been received by us on the following day. Orders
received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received by us on
the following Monday morning. We aim to offer a fast and efficient
service and are currently despatching orders within 1-2 working day(s)
of receipt of goods.
Order Status
Anatoli Invites
will send you an automatic order acknowledgement e-mail upon receipt of
your order and an order update e-mail to notify you that your order has
been shipped. Please keep these e-mails for your records, as they will
enable us to easily track your order in the event of a query or refund.

Returns
Due to the fact that all our items are
ordered from the supplier and customised on your behalf, we are unable
to refund any unwanted items.
Envelopments Customised /
Special Orders
All
designs are copyright and property of Purely Embellishments, and
therefore any part of the design must not be reproduced in any way.
It is
the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have permission
to use any copyright material such as any hymns or poems that you
feature in their stationery.
A
non-refundable 50% deposit of the total order value is due at the time
you place your order. Design and manufacturing will only
take place once the deposit is paid. If the order is
cancelled at any time, then payment must be made for any work completed
or is currently in progress.
Due to
the fact that all products are made by hand, slight variations may
occur, these are natural variations and not regarded as faults.
All
customised stationery is made to order and specification for each
individual customer. We only refund or exchange these
items if the goods are faulty due to our error. You must
inform us in writing about the defect within three days of receiving
your order. Anatoli Invites accepts no responsibility for
the ageing effect of the materials used.It is the responsibility of the
customer to ensure that all text and copy is proof read and correct.
We will only manufacture stationery once the proofs have been
signed off by the customer. Although we will do our best
to help you correct any text or copy errors, we cannot accept
responsibility for these once the proofs have been signed off by the
customer.
Anatoli Invites reserves the right
to substitute alternative materials if such materials become unavailable
or are discontinued.
Anatoli Invites is not responsible
for damage to your order once it has left the invitation design studio. This
includes damage in transit and the postage to guests. We
do however use an insured service for the delivery of your stationery
unless otherwise requested.
Some designs may contain small and
moving parts that are not suitable for young children.
